Client Service Terms & Cancellation Policy

At RR Clarity Solutions, we strive to provide professional, transparent, and results-focused consulting services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to make our cancellation terms clear and straightforward.

Cancellation of Services

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email.

Unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement:

* Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

* Services already rendered, completed, or delivered prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

* Any outstanding balances for completed work remain due and payable.

* No future services will be provided following the effective cancellation date.

Refund Policy

Because consulting, advisory, strategic planning, and educational services involve time, expertise, analysis, and customized recommendations, fees for completed services are generally non-refundable.

Any exceptions to this policy will be outlined in the client’s individual service agreement or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Ongoing Service Engagements

For clients enrolled in recurring consulting, coaching, advisory, or support programs:

* Cancellation requests must be received before the next scheduled billing cycle.

* Services and billing will continue until written cancellation is received and processed.

* No prorated refunds will be issued for partially completed service periods unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.

Termination by RR Clarity Solutions

RR Clarity Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

* False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.

* Required documentation or information is not submitted.

* Payment obligations are not fulfilled.

* The client engages in fraudulent, abusive, unethical, or unlawful conduct.

* The consulting relationship can no longer be effectively maintained.

In the event services are terminated, the client remains responsible for payment of services already performed.
