Cancellation Policy

RR Clarity Solutions | 

In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your credit repair agreement without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date you sign the agreement.

To cancel within this period, you must provide written notice by email or certified mail.

If cancellation occurs after the three-day period:

• Services performed prior to cancellation may be billed
• No future services will be rendered

Funding advisory and consulting services may have separate cancellation terms, which will be clearly outlined in your individual service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Fees for completed services are non-refundable
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

RR Clarity Solutions reserves the right to terminate services if:

• False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided
• Required documentation is not submitted
• Payment obligations are not met
